Join Lucy of New Moon Health & Wellness and Mary of Mary Tonic for a transformational and healing weekend by moving energy in and out of the body while staying on the water with stunning water views in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The Sound View offers beautiful accommodations on the Long Island Sound which gifts guests with the most magical sunsets on the North Fork. Lucy and Mary are both certified health and wellness coaches offering yoga, healing breathwork, and a variety of classes that serve local and virtual communities.

Lucy, a certified yoga instructor, wants to get away from the notion that you have to be in shape or flexible to “be good” at yoga. She is not flexible and designs her classes to be accessible for everyone, offering lots of modifications.  Her practice is a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa, she loves to incorporate sun salutations to warm up the body, strength-building peak poses, as well as deep hip and shoulder opening postures to release tension so energy can flow through the body. Lucy has been practicing since 2014, she was very hesitant to go to her first class but has been practicing yoga daily ever since.  It's her spirituality, her meditation, her therapy, her safe place, and her practice is always evolving. Lucy started teaching to share with others what yoga has given and taught her.  Yoga is a beautiful thing like no other because everyone can practice yoga, everyone's practice is unique and means something different to them.  To learn more about Lucy, click here.

Mary is a certified breathwork healer who holds space for an activating practice that awakens the energy of the spirit, or higher consciousness, that lives within. This practice can create a psychedelic experience by activating the DMT inside the lungs and adrenal glands to create an altered state of consciousness in a similar way that a variety of psychedelic medicines can. Once a participant activates their inner power or spirit, the mind relaxes allowing for an Inward Adventure to begin. Once activated, the participant goes deep into the subconscious mind and is guided into the body where the emotional energies of past experiences are stored. Participants are guided to engage with these energies, feel them, experience and learn from them, and then release them. Participants are eventually guided into a deep savasana and feel more open and lighter after this practice. To learn more about Mary, please visit here

This retreat is open to curious minds of all practice levels, whether or not you have ever taken a yoga class before or have experienced this type of healing breathwork. This mini-retreat is meant to help you move energy and reconnect back to yourself, which can prepare you for Spring emergence with a new sense of clarity and self-love.

You have several room options (offered at a reduced rate specifically for this retreat) to choose from along with duration options.  The retreat starts on Friday afternoon and ends at 4 pm on Sunday but you are welcome to book an extra night and head home Monday morning.
