Lucy’s yoga practice has changed her life in many ways. It has helped with her anxiety, helped with her scoliosis, strength, spirituality, sense of community, and overall quality of life. She loves how her practice is always evolving and teaching her new things. She dislikes the notion that you have to be flexible to do yoga. Lucy aims to make her yoga and fitness classes accessible and fun for everyone, offering lots of modifications and pose variations.
Lucy’s yoga practice is a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa, if you come to her class, you will likely see some deep hip and shoulder openers paired with strength-building peak poses. She has been told that her classes are very approachable and enjoyable for all levels. She also offers private yoga sessions.
Lucy has always been a three-season athlete and loves strength training and fitness. She teaches several different types of fitness classes and offers personal training. She teaches small group strength training, glutes and core classes, yoga sculpt, and Pilates + . She also offers personal training sessions for individuals and small groups.
