We'll work together to identify your goals and develop an approach that fits your needs and lifestyle.

Health Coaching
What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a collaborative process that helps you identify your health goals and make sustainable lifestyle changes.
My approach considers the whole person, including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, relationships, and your environment. Everyone has different needs, so rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll explore what works for you and develop realistic changes that support your well-being.
What can health coaching help me with?
Health coaching can help you develop healthier eating habits, build sustainable exercise routines, support healthy aging, manage everyday stress, and navigate conflicting health and wellness information.
We'll explore your individual goals and discover simple changes that can make a meaningful difference. My approach is centered on making wellness enjoyable, practical, and driven by what matters most to you.
What makes your health coaching approach different?
I believe health and wellness should be personalized, enjoyable, and sustainable. There isn't one diet, exercise routine, or lifestyle that works for everyone.
Together, we'll discover manageable changes that fit your life, often finding simple opportunities you may not have considered before. My goal is to help you make changes that feel natural and achievable rather than overwhelming or restrictive.
Do you offer health coaching programs?
Yes! I offer three individual coaching programs:
6 weeks: An introduction to health coaching with regular sessions and weekly email check-ins.
12 weeks: A longer program with additional follow-up sessions and ongoing support.
24 weeks: An extended program with more sessions and continued accountability.
Each program includes an initial session, follow-up sessions, a wrap-up session, and scheduled check-ins. Programs are available in person, virtually, or through a combination of both.
Can I combine health coaching with personal training or yoga?
Yes! Health coaching and movement can complement one another. If you're interested in working on lifestyle habits while also building strength or developing a yoga practice, we can discuss a personalized package that brings these services together.
Contact me via email info@newmoonhealthandwellness.com to explore the options.
How do I get started with health coaching?
Start by contacting me and explain what you're looking for and then i will send you a health history form. We'll then schedule a complimentary health history session to discuss your goals, explore your needs, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together. From there, we'll discuss which coaching program best suits your needs.
