When and why did you start your business?

I started my business in 2021.

What's your story?

I spent over 16 years as a NYS Licensed massage therapist in the Southold area, and owned the first holistic health center in Southold village. As an LMT, I created my own massage oil blends, but always had a desire to learn more. In 2021 I completed an aromatherapy certification program with the goal of helping people to achieve optimal wellness with aromatherapy. I love the North Fork, and hope to teach people about all the wonderful benefits of essential oils through workshops, products, and individualized consultations.

What do you offer?

As a certified aromatherapist, I enjoy teaching aromatherapy classes to adults and teens at libraries and other east end venues. Additionally, I formulate small-batch skincare products which are available through my website and Etsy shop. All of my products are created with organic essential and carrier oils, with the highest quality ingredients available. My products are currently stocked at The White Flower Farmhouse and Garden shop in Southold, The Market in Greenport, and Fit-Foods in Southold.

If you have a specific concern, I offer essential oil consultations which include a custom blend for you to use at home. Consultations are offered in person, by phone, or through email.

What else do you want people to know?

I believe that the best way to care for your skin is by using products that are free of any chemicals, preservatives, toxins, and animal testing. Our skin is our largest organ, and any toxins that are placed on the surface are absorbed and circulate throughout our body. Using clean products helps to keep us healthy and reduces the body’s toxic load.
