When and why did you start your business?

The land was acquired in 2014, but the farming really began in earnest in 2016. It was a retirement plan for my father, and I decided to join him full-time in 2016, after six years of life in New York City. My father liked growing food, being busy, and being outside. I wanted to learn how to farm. We received our organic certification in 2025.

What's your story?

We started with fruit trees and berries, looking to wholesale to restaurants locally. It has since blossomed into growing annual vegetables, herbs and flowers too. We sell fresh and we also focus a lot of energy in preserving our crops in various jarred products that we sell at market and on farm. We now have a three pronged approach to bring our goods to market. We have an on-farm self-serve retail space, open 7 days a week between April and November. We continue to wholesale to a select few local restaurants and chefs. Lastly, we helped start up the newest version of the Greenport Farmers Market that will begin its second season in Mitchell Park this May and run through October.

What do you offer?

Fresh, seasonal, organically grown fruit, vegetables, flowers, herbs, honey, jarred goods (think tomato sauces, jams, pickles, etc.). We also carry locally raised grass fed beef and oysters farmed in the Peconic Bay.

We of course also offer some sweet merch, designed by me.

What else do you want people to know?

We strive to take care of our land through best farming practices. We are big fans of the arts so we host our own art show, Art Basil, every spring, as well as offering up our space for local and visiting musicians to share their gifts with the public. We love to offer something a little different from what else is typically available on the North Fork, whether that’s organically grown fruit or a unique experience on the farm.
